Does anyone know what the deal is? i sent them an email asking when and how long it would take to ship, and i still havent got a reply from them. has anyone got their stuff yet? i heard people have had problems...

yeh well, i thought someone might know. better yet the saga guys are probably on ns somewhere, maybe they'll see something and realise that it is common practice for a business to reply to its customers emails and telephone calls, especially when said customers have parted with the best part of $600 of their hard earned cash.
