08 rossi blast or 07 k2 fuji?

.. im 5,2 ski park most of the time.... which one should i get? also it says the blast have a full cap, does this mean they dont have side walls
?

Capped means they don't have sidewalls. Neither of those skis do. It's just a way they're made, with the topsheet folding over to the edge, instead of an actual sidewall there. It doesn't make much of a difference, It's just cheaper to make capped.
