CD not being recognized/ejected???

ok, so after i ripped enjoy using handbreak last night, i ejected enjoy no problem. then this morning, i went to put PNW into my comp, it made a strange noise that it never has, and ejected it. i tried it again, worked fine, but coudlnt watch it caause i had to go to class. then i get back from class, eject it to go watch on my tv, and then realized my dvd player was broken. so i put it back in my comp, and nothing is happening. its not recognizing that there is a dvd in, and its not letting me eject it. anyone have any clue as to what to do. im kind of freaking out, because now is the worst time for my computer to break.

it's happened to me before and the cd/dvd has been fine after, no harm done. The restart with the mouse button held down did the trick for me.

somebody else try watching Snow Gods on their mac dvd player
every other movie i have works fine exepct that one for some reason just on my computer i dono why
