Replying to Any NS archers who can help me out?

I recently purchased 3 dozen raw carbon arrow shafts and am looking to fletch a dozen or so since the rut is coming up. I currently are shooting 3" quik spin vanes but was looking to try something else. I am using a whisker biscuit rest so i need something that is pretty wave resistant. I was looking at the bohning blazer vanes... what are the perks of using a blazer vane? ive always been told the longer the vane the more the stability. I would appreciate any help
