From a triditional marketing stand point this company should fail horribly, no concrete plans on products for the future etc... however I think empire will blow up in the skiing world because it's got cool guys running it like dumont and candide who kids look up to and of course they'll design some super sick gear.  I hope the company does well, skiing needs something fresh
