Almost died on my trampoline

OK so the other day i was tryen to do a cork 3 and landed on my neck, hurts like hell. So does any one know how to land a corked spin on a tramp? I can get corked, and get the twist, just not the landing.

you are probably almost double corking? its kinda hard to tell without a video but i learned them by:

when you set your spin reach to your foot with opposite hand a kinda lean back. spin normally and you'll go corked, don't panic just complete your rotation and you should land alright. if you aren't you could also be corking too much like into almost a d-spin so maybe try and concentrate on the spin more then the cork as well...thats all i got, it takes practice as well. i almost forgot DO NOT try cork 3's at first they are insanely hard. try cork 7's first, much easier.

try to do some straight 7's first, then slowly start to lean back more with each 7 you do - when you start messing up go back to straight 7's - this may help to stop you from setting too hard

Right when you jump, set the spin, then right after, bring your right shoulder towards your left hip, and keep it there until your vertical again. I had trouble getting them on a tramp, but once my friend did one and i watched, i kept my shoulder and it was really easy, but i cant get get corked threes, only 7's, how do u do a corked 3?

As soon as u jump set the spin, look toward either left or right hip, right after first spin (on sevens) when ur vertical, spot your landing. DONOT PULLOUT untill the last second. then stomp and be happy.

I flipped over the net on a trampoline really freaky I was fine
but ya I know what you mean about the corked thing with me I can go like super corked or barely corked

Trampolines are so deadly....for fun sometimes I watch my neighbours kids destroy eachother in theirs.  Its got the net around it so it great carnage...

learn to do them right, spin for a 7 and drop your leading shoulder  for a start

look back and down on the beginning your rotation, youll be kinda corked out.
I almost died too, I was practicing backflips on gymnastics tramps. On one flip, my rotation blocked on the invert. I flapped my arms like a bird and landed on my upper back. I never did a backflip on a tramp ever since

yeah cork 3s are so fuckin hard i can sometimes do them but i sometimes land on my head and it hurts like hell.go for biger spins like 7s and then head up to 10s then 3s.

i did a doubel front and landed on my face while rotating, my friend did the biggest backflip ever and landed on the metal edging- bent in my tramp- had to hit it wit a sludgehammer

if you ever break your back make sure you sue the trampoline and force it to be put away and have everyone elses trampoline put away

i did a frontflip but did it as if i was on a diving board. i landed with the center of my upper legs on the metal edge. i was baked at this time.

the second time, i did a backflip, but bounced backwards when i landed, and i flipped right off the edge and hit my head on the post. i dont like tramps very much anymore

When you cork on tramps, just do the first 180 straight, and then drop your leading shoulder and hit that cork hard. Make sure you get plenty of air when you do it too.
