haha ooh you started a never ending firecracker....i'll give you this BC has been the only Hockey East team to win at the frozen four since 2000, But hey the WCHA only nabbed it 6 of the other years! Year in year out the WCHA teams are the most competetive, and half the reason 3 or 4 teams deserving to make the naitional tournament dont make it in because its a 10 team conference and its so competetive that teams ranked 5 and 6 that will beat CCHA or CHA powerhouses still wont make it in because of how good the WCHA is year in year out. Yes the Hockey East is good, but no where near the competetive level of the WCHA. In 2004 there were 4 WCHA teams in the Frozen Four. I'll give New Hampshire the benefit of the doubt for sweeping CC last weekend even though they were Outshot and Outplayed and CC couldnt find the net, they pulled a great series. BC and BU may compete in the season, but in the end its almost always the WCHA coming out on top. CC, DU, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, St. Cloud State, Minnesota Duluth....thats 7 of 10 teams that are powerhouses. Should be a good year to kick some HE ass!
