Man, I am not really feeling it...

***Note I am only 1/2 way into the setlist of songs so I haven't played everything***

1) I find the levels on the songs are all over the place and that they sound real off. Its hard to get into em.

2) Different feel to the note system. Can definitively tell that there was a new company in the design process.

3) Song's so far seem kinda crappy. Few good tracks but a lot of mediocre 80's rock... Then again, I'm only 1/2 unlocked so i'll give it time.

btw, all codes have their own part under options
hyper is OBOYOBOY but you need to strum it while you do it

the last like 10 songs are pretty good. i've played some bonus songs and they seem challenging. i think i had more fun with guitarhero2 though.

Im in lou's inferno right now and I cant beat the boss battle. I dont know how to work this damn battle shit. besides that I like it. Take This Life is such a fun song. Alot of non music product placement in the game too. AXE guitars, in the song list theres packs of 5 gum on the side etc...

if anyone can explain to me how to beat bosses that would be nice

And to the guy above you, a good system i have found is to stack up a few power ups then use the right before the boss has a chance to get one. If he starts getting battle notes i fuck him up so he cant fuck me up with i have a chance.

Been working good so far.

i beat him yesterday on expert. i got past the first set of solos with 2 powerups in my pocket. (got past the part that after you solo back and forth a few times, theres a triple note thats held for a few seconds). then after a few little solos, theres a part that scales up and down a few times that i could play really well, i just stomped him there with two powerups in a row and he was done. if you can get that far with 2 things, you're set.

It makes the notes seem like they are going faster, so they are spread out and easier to see

Gh3 is incredible. I'm pretty addicted to it
