ive been listening to some shitty techno music for like 20minutes on the zune support line they have ye t to answer my zunee died and so did the zune softwere on my comp fukc zunes and microsoft get an ipod they have perfected them and apple isnt such a nigger with everything

i finally got thru and they helped me out a lot showed me what to do but apple pwns them in customer service

well it is only their 2nd year of producing the Zune. Maybe you should just stop being a spoiled bitch. Of course Apple has better service. the iPod has been here for 7 years. Givem a break.

Agreed, plus Microsoft has been around for years, they've only been making Zunes for 2 but still, they aren't some new company.
My biggest complaint is the amount of calls I had to make to send the damn thing in due to hard drive problems. Total of 4 calls, 3 for 20 minutes and 1 for 45 minutes before I had to start yelling at the guy and telling him I was just going to go buy an iPod and that I'm sick of him going to his boss who sends him back to me to once again reinstall the program or some other bs when it was obviously a hard drive problem and needed to be sent in. With Apple when my iPod stopped working it was no question asked, you don't even have to call. Just fill out a form online and they'll send me a box. Five minutes and I'm done, so easy.
The Zune guys kept making me go through the motions repeating pointless steps and I'm no idiot when it comes to computers so it was getting annoying to hear what OS are you running and can you computer support the Zune...

i hate apples customer service. they take so long and everyone always tells me to run some tests that can take hours and then call back and they say the same thing.

The older Zunes look really attractive to me right now. 110$ for 30GB and I don't have to use Itunes (biggest piece of shit ever). I'll agree that the ipod is a better device, but for the cost a Zune can't be beat.

they helped me out and i had to reinsstall zune software but it was really annoying to sit there for 20mins till someone answered
