Sole Length

So I just got some SPKs and before i had Foils, the foils sole length is 305 and the SPK is 307, do i need to get the bindings refitted/ heel pieces slid back?

You need to check the forward pressure.  What kind of bindings do you have?

rossi axials, the ones with the pivots, and yeah, the forward pressure is what im asking about

Sounds like you need to adjust your forward pressure by 2mm.

I don't know exactly where the forward pressure is on those because I've never adjusted them.  Usually there are two marks that should align when the boot is clipped in.

Yeah, I'm wondering the same. I had 309mm sole last season, 310 this season, I was wondering if I needed to do anything with my old ski's bindings

1mm shouldnt make a difference, espically on your urban skis.

i believe the forward pressure mark on those bindings is on the side near the back and there should be some little grooves that need to line up with the top marker - if that made any sense at all..

or it might be at at the back under the dildo
I can never remember between the axium and axials without having one infront of me

you could always take it to a shop though, if you are concerned

yeah i found the grove that you speak of and then i just put the boot in the toe peice and dont click down and the back of the heal should be lined up with the grove right?
