Shit is bullshit ,it takes a long time and they know less than i know about the product (sometimes) i just bought.I'm still waiting for someone that knows something. This couldn't be worse, i picked up my mp3 player in the states on vacation. Now back in canada i'm trying to get it fixed so i don't send it back.

they suck, there either muslim or japanese. Ive had my share of them in the past 3 weeks with my computer troubles and all. they blame it on other things, like when my video card burned put they tried to pin it on the memory, they said I had 2 different brands of of memory and to go out and buy their memory. bastards

yea, after i said it wouldn't turn on, so i listed all the things i was trying, the guy told me to get the receipt, send it in for warranty, get it fixed, he then said good day and bye etc...0 help, infact the first thing he did was tell me to go to a troubleshooting site and look up the installation and recovery methods, which i had done AND more....
