You got an order confirmation email, what else do you want.

it just seems like with most legit online retailers there customer service stays in contact with you gives u shipping info...such as backcountry.com, moosejaw, mountain gear.com, getboards.com...call me paranoid but shouldnt a company be answering calls and responding back to emails...and the only reason i am skeptical is because last season a good number of people did get g'ed out of there gear

yea it doesnt really sound like your going to get "g'ed" out of a jacket. And im sure if they run short, you will get a refund. You got an order confirmation, which means, they have your order, and have confired it. duh.

Hey! I ordered a jacket and pants two months ago and haven't gotten them either! I haven't even been able to get intouch with them. If they are supposed to be giving people refunds i know I haven't gotten mine..... these guys really need to step up the customer service cause I've called a bunch of times and havent gotten any news. It's really frustrating. Â

My guess is that they are a new outerwear company that probably has their gear made over seas to cut costs. With that, all of the stuff has to go through customs and Saga is definitely not on the priority list. Saga probably doesn't even know when they will get the shipment in and I would guess mid to late November. Cut them a little slack - they're new and small.

and I just looked at their site and it clearly states "
You are currently PRE-Ordering 07/08 Saga Anomie line. Shipping will begin in the first two weeks of November." SO take a deep breath.. it's almost on its way!

I get the whole small company thing and cutting them some slack, but the least they could do is give their customers some news. Â
