Replying to Sumos or Katanas

Ok so I am stuck between one of these skis, I am 6 feet tall and about 150 lbs

The katana seems like a really rad ski, I am looking at the 183 but am iffy about the twin on it and would like to be able to ride/land switch in pow ...

Im skiing mainly baker and the west coast mountains by the way

The sumos are pretty rad all around the only problem is that they come only in a 190 and i would still like to be able to spin and am not sure how well that would work on those beasts ... I could probably center mount on these giants though ?
