ur 177.8 cm tall
182's will be about 4 cm over your head
so they're not too big. 4cm is like nothing

and center mounting makes them feel smaller

it'd be a great park ski for a semi beginner, and its super cheap.

thats what im sayin holmes, it'd be a good ski to learn park with. they are light and feel poppy (obviously i havent ridden them). isnt that what you want out a good park ski?

im skiing on 181 and im 5'11, honestly i might go a little smaller like 177 if your a beginner to park but 182 will be fine, youll get used to them

If they seem a bit washy, or too long right now, you'll be happy you got the 182s center mounted in another season. Sounds good for you.

Man, I might ski on some 185 bents or 186 melee's. I'm 5 9 and 125. You can ski on these like it's a piece of cake.

just because you can ski them, doesn't mean you should.

go for a smaller ski than that maybe like a 175 or something just to get used to skiing..it will be easier on your body and easier to learn things..and honestly..6cm doesnt make a huge huge difference

im just thinkin hes gunna be kickin himself in the head later when he realizes he wanted bigger skis. you can start with smaller skis, but really, its only going to take a few runs getting used to, and you wont regret going with biggers skis, especially if they are centermounted and in this case, they are. I say go for it.

exactly.
i remember when i got 179's couple years back, a big jump from 164, i hated it and said i should have got 169s. After a couple days i was used to them, and ended up getting another full season with them, where if i had 169 they would have been too short and i would have needed to drop more $$.
Get em, throughout their lifetime, you will be more happy with it then 175~
