Yeah, any shop will do it for you but they're meant to charge. Both shop I've worked in we got told to charge about $20-40. Go at a quiet time and be polite/talk to them about other gear and they should throw them on for free or cheap. I only ever charged a couple of times for customers who were complete assholes or I was having to take time out from paying customers.
And it's very cheeky to go trying on boots in shops and then buy them online. You will get a MUCH better service when getting fitted and getting advice if you're going to buy them there. If you really insist on buying online then please be upfront with the staff. Spending 1 hour plus on a bootfit and then not buying is the most annoying thing you could ever do to shop staff and they will never give you good service again if they recognise you. Don't even think of returning to the same shop to get them moulded.
