If your going to use your AR6's in the park, then arv's or blends, but get ARV's cause I have the blends haha.

If you have AR6s (^), go fatter. It sounds like you want a powder/hardpack ski. Prophet 100 maybe.

your aloud to get the same skis as other people. but in all reality the ar6 would handle everything fairbanks can throw at you

ya i know the ar6 can do any thing but it cant really do powder that well and im thinkin this mite be a good season for powder and im hopin too, but you guys think the anthem is out of the mixÂ

I've skied all three.. and Blends sound like the best bet. Anthems aren't really thast great in pow.. they're ok, but nothing compared to the blend. ARV's would be an ok choice.. but I'm not partial to Armada anymore. There isn't enough bang for the buck. Have you considered other skis? Like Scott Punishers? Or 4frnt MSP's?

ar6 can do powder, how often are you coming to Alyeska and what are the chances it will be a pow day when you do come. and how often does Fairbanks have snow.

ok fairbanks has cycles 10 years of bad 10 years of good snow this is starting the first year of good and plus it rained like crazy this summer and we already got a foot of powder in one day. so i think it will be a good season plus its been alot warmer than uasuall. Â
alyeska: ok i go to alyeska, but its not regualr some time spring break sometime X-mas vacation its nevver known ( i'm young so i live with my parents) ya know but i think we will go when theres powder im trying to convince them.

i still don't understand why you want fatter skis, your small and Fairbanks doesn't have powder and when it does the ar6 would be fine in it

My first season, I had a blast skiing powder in used 60mm waist racing skis. Selling those skis brought up some good memories...
