does anyone else notice this trend?

it never ceases to amaze me...

like im not trying to sound conceited or anything but i think im a pretty handsome fellow... when i see some fucking hideous ape looking creature standing next to something that models jessica simpson and they look oh so happily in love.... i just feel sick inside...

hahah this is funny my friend who works as a host at some fancy restaurant around here told me these homecomming couples came in and he said this one girl was honestly georgeous and she walked in with some needle dick kid and when they walked by one of his italian waiters was like " you can't handle that" and he like whispered it right to the kid.......

What i want to know is why guys put up with girls (hot or not) that are bitches! "Babe, go get me a drink," "Go get me a sweater from the car"
"Where is he? He was supposed to be back with me drink like 30 seconds ago. God i swear if hes not here in like 10 seconds im going to make a scene!"

WTF? This one guy i know had to leave worki early cuz his girl, 'wasnt feeling well', and it was pretty much her just wanting attention....i dont understand..guess guys beleive they have to worship women to get some or something, idk.
i think girls should get the drinks for the men, in my opinion....yeah

I can't remember the theory exactly, but it went something like this:

Girls can be broadly grouped into three catergories based on the old faithful 'out of 10' scale; 1-4's, 5-8's, and 9-10's. The guidelines for dealing with 9-10's are as follows. 9-10's know they're attractive, and know they're wanted. They also expect attention, and to catch the eye of a 9-10, give them none whatsoever. They'll be left wondering 'why isn't this guy paying attention to me? I'm the centre of the world and I want attention!'... 

There's a lot more than that, and I read it on NS. Hopefully someone remembers.

i don't date pretty guys. i'd actually rather not date them. guess they are just not my type.

sheltron is right. i find those girls really annoying. most of my best guy friends had girlfriends like those. i always asked them why they were still in the relationship and they said, "well...because..." couldn't give me an answer. one guy actually broke up with me because he thought it was weird that i wasn't needy and spoiled. wtf?

There's a problem with that theory. Yes, it's completely correct on the drawing board. In the real world, though, almost all 9s and 10s are either taken, or getting plenty of attention from attractive guys. They're not going to notice that someone isn't paying attention to them when these two dudes are being charming and chatting her up, her appetite for attention will just be pleasantly sated. Which is why I try to take a more or less head on approach. If I decide I'm interested in a 9-10 (or an 11... yes they exist gentlemen, I swear to you), they know I'm interested within one minute of me talking to them. And why is this effective? Because confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have, and, you said it, they know they're attractive. They know they're wanted. It only helps that they know this, because they know that it'll take a truly confident guy to go head-on after them. As a bonus, even if you're not good looking, it works because it implies you probably have something going for you beyond appearance for you to still have confidence. Like, say, money. Or power / social status.
