Ups tracking question

k so im tracking my package right...and it comes to richmond which is really close to where i live..

then it says
A HOLD HAS BEEN REQUESTED. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO RELEASE


so it flies around a bit then comes back to richmond and now it says
A HOLD HAS BEEN REQUESTED. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO RELEASE / THE RECEIVER HAS AGREED TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY CHARGES

the status is In Transit - Rescheduled

so im just wondering....what do i do...do i have to pay them more or something?

i want my suit.

I would probably just wait and see if UPS calls you, or call their customer service. Or maybe even call the shop you bought it from.
