Lack of Respect

Ya know, I really feel that everyone on here needs to be reality checked. Seriously. Why are people dissin' pros?? Pros are pros for a reason. If you can do better, do it, get it on video then you can talk. But sick and tired of people dissing people because...'oh he could have done that trick better'...blah frickin blah. Odds are, there is probably like 19000 people on here that aren't sponsored and yet they still dis other people's style. also, why dis people in the first place? I just don't get it. By the way, I'm one of those people who aren't sponsored, and probably won't even be. I don't dis people because that puts them down and if you get a sick pleasure out of building yourself up by putting others down (no matter who), then you're insecure. Let's show some respect. If some tows into a jump and doesn't quite make it, shoot, tell them 'nice try' or something. Not 'you're gay'. If you want to discuss this with me, send me a message.

i agree!!!! I have been offered sponsorships just because i am a girl and i can do a few shity tricks even though there are tons of guys that aren't sponsored and are better than me so i don't take the offers because i don't think i deserve it yet- i still need to progress andi don't walk around-' oh you suck- you aren't sponsored' and shit i show respect to my fellow skiers and ya'll should too!just because you think you can ski doesn't mean you can nor does it give you the right to dis on other peopel especially when they have more talent than you.
show some respect! we all put our skis on the same way so don't think you are better than any other person.

I just say, give credit even if credit may not be due. I posted a video of my friend trying his first backflip and he ate it purty hard. It's funny and I got a laugh outta it, but even when I post that on purpose and i'm just doing it for the heck of it, people still say it's 'PATHETIC'. How can you say that over a wreck? He tried and it didn't happen, oh well, I suppose him a ton because he's sick and he's going to be big someday. Support people, it's better than bringing them down.

i know how that is-- i am still getting shit for something i did back inthe beginning of march- i threw a front flif off this 12 foot table top called x-wing (easy, right?...wrong) when i landed i forgot about my poles and put them in front of me so as soon as my skis hit the snow, my poles dug in and i flew worward and broke my nose on the top of my pole and got a concussion from bouncing off the pole and hitting my head on the ice. I wouldn't go the hospital so my nose is kind of bent but you can only tell if you know that i broke it and my guys friends are still saying how pathetic the jump was and shit even though it was a nice jump and clean flip but a bad landing do to ski poles. I mean here we are six months later and i am still being dissed for my 'shitty hit.'

you newbs are tools, so what, who cares if they're pros, good for them, doesn't mean you have to worship them, sponsorship is not that great, there's alot of hard work that the pros have to do and alot of money you have to invest, it's not all fun and games like you might think,you're just tools of the industry, but i'll forgive you, someday

people should stop caring about sponsor ship and start caring about compitions results. If your doing good in compitions you should get the respect you diserve but people here look and see if there sponserd not what theyve done in the past and thats what really bothers me
