You changed you icon between my last post and this post but anywho...

I didnt watch your video of your backflip attempt but if your just learning I would have a spotter and just have them hit your legs out so you have no choice but to do a backflip.  Thats how I learned and also dont concentrate on swinging you legs back because that will happen naturaly.  Just make sure you throw your head back and keep it back unless you want to land on your head.
