Giant VT full-suspention frame for sale or trade

Hey. I’m selling a size Large (20.5”) Giant VT frame. Amazing frame. 5-5¾” adjustable travel. I originally got it used from a bike shop owner who owed me some favors. I planned on building it up, but I’m not ready to put that much money into it. It was only ridden (by the previous owner) a few times (4 I think) at Lutsen Mtn in Minnesota. Frame has a few paint nicks and some light cable rub. No dents anywhere.

The frame comes with a Manitou swinger 4-way spv rear shock. This shock is supposed to be amazing, but I never rode it. The shock is also brand new, as the original was broken by a shop employee who put it on his giant ac frame and subsequently broke it. Fixed by factory so it’s in perfect shape.

Also comes with seatpost clamp, Shimano LX front derailleur, integrated headset, giant tech manual, and Manitou swinger owner’s manual. This is a sweet ride.

I’d like to get around $300, but am open to offers. One of these frames just sold on ebay for 355 shipped in used condition but without derailleur or headset. I am also open to trades for ski equipment. I need a new set of pow skis, something like a 189 seth or maden/enemies, or something similar.
