Hey Ladies. I've been put in charge of figuring out a retail store name. I wanted something catchy and, of course, sexy... definitely something to be found on NS.

We'll be doing import outdoor/freeski gear .. Movement, Diamir, Hestra, etc. Toss me some ideas and I'll put together a swag pack (shirts, stickers, whatever else) for whoever comes up with the one we choose. Need the name fairly soon so get your ideas in to me!

No it wouldn't.

Using a song for parody is allowed, having a name similar to a trademarked name isn't. The lawyers would have a walk in the park with that.
