Rossi power 140's(pivot)

what can you guys tell me about these bindings?  I don't know anything about them and they're on a pair of skis that I bought.  what's the max DIN? are they heavy? durable? etc.  thanks

I havn't gotten the skis yet, they come with sxial 300's, no idea what those are, or I can pay extra for the pivots
