I kinda quit i only pack a lip once a week now, compared to how i used to pack 1-2 times a day. It fucking sucks though

sorry man.. but it is just a terrible idea.
sure, it may give you a buzz.. but in the long run it will fuck your mouth up hardcore.
good luck getting a girl to make out with you with some nasty cancerous sores up in your grill. (just an example)

just go cold turkey bro, you wont regret it.

im trying to quit smoking right now... im 20 now... been smoking a pack a day since i was 15 or so...

i had 3 yesterday and ive had 2 today... so ive cut down quite significantly... and to tell you the truth i already feel better... seriously...

but i stil fein for them like crazy.... my goal is to be completely off of them by the start of this season...

ive heard many stories about nicotine poisoning from chewing tobacco and it seems disgusting. i dont think i would ever try that

my dad quit, just quit, or get someone to punch you in the jugular REALLY hard, that's what its gonna be like when you cant breath, thats from smoking, but still, imagine not having your jaw

I quit after this summer. I switched from the grizz to cope because it has less chemical junk. Then one time i was at work and i swallowed a fat lip full on accident. thats the last time i put a lip in.

not only is it gross,but think of how much money you would save in a year,you would be able to buy a nother pair of skis,all i do is smoke a cigar every once and a while and thats not that bad but  i really want to quit myself.
