A quick word on blocking ads

So I just got a pair of Nordica Enforcers from Cole Sports in Park City. I asked the shop guy if they could bend the brakes and mount the bindings. They said no problem; yesterday I got the skis back and noticed a crack in the heel piece and also noticed that they did a horrible job on bending the brakes. I went back to the shop and asked what happened, of course the shop guy had no clue what happened. He looked for a replacement heel plate in the shop, of course he did not find one. After the manager came over he told me they will call the Rossi/Look rep and see what they could do. Today they told me that the crack will not affect the binding at all but they could send it back to Rossignol and they might be able to replace the broken plate. So does anyone know if the crack will affect the binding and if I should send it back or should I just ski it? If anyone has any extra plates or parts let me know.
