Replying to Moment Ruby, Surface Live Life

Does anyone have any knowledge on either the 188/180 Ruby or 179 Live Life skis since they're such small companies, or even a comparison?  I've been looking for a pow/charging ski that I can still jib around the mountain.

I'm 6' and 160 lbs so would the 188 Ruby be the best for stability/float and not be clumsy in the air? 

Or should I be comparing the 180 Ruby, Live Life and maybe even the SF Bacon?  Seems the only difference between the 180 Ruby and Live Life is the sidecut is more symmetrical on the Live Life.  Anyone have any info on how their flex/stiffness compares?
