Man, smuggs would kill it if they listened to me

First off this would be costly, but not too bad.  The profit would be outstanding.  To start off Smuggs park is alongside the race hill, sharing one t-bar.  There is a race lodge at the bottom of this side of the mountain.  Meanwhile there is a huge piece of mountain that is rarely used by anyone.  I propose that Smuggs spreads everything out.  They take away the old park and create the otehr side of the t-bar into a race hill.  They would have a huge section for racing (a major attraction).  This would complement the race lodge that park skiers couldnt use anyway.  Now move the park/parks to madonna 2 where noone skis.  Create that whole lower side of the mountain into parks, leaving a few trails open for people coming down the top of the mountain who dont want to go into the parks.  There could be huge long runs of parks . long jump lines and rail gardens, many parks to say the least.  The pipe could go where it usually go's which just happens to be on that part of the mountain.  they would advertise a whole mountain side to park, one to racing, and on top fo that everything else they have.  Smuggs would blow up!  this would make so much money!  and it would be dank. what do you guys think of this?
