Ok I'/m fucking walking home from this fair air we stop at thjis public school to finish off your 24, we werre pretty tame, all we had left was 2 beers one on me, one on my friend caleb, my other bro john had nothing on him except a beer bottle that he had emties before the cops pulled up. Now why isit that I have a $130 ticket for alcohol in an unlicenced place, when I was obviously not completely drunk, and obviously not causing any harm? because of quotas, they told us straight up that they werebeing paid over time to patroll outside of the city. I'm probably gonna end up paying it because my that way my parents don't have to know and I can just get it over with, but what should my friend do, honestly is it worth fighting it? he didn't have any beer on him except the empty, thanks for all any help, I love you alll, rape ya later fockwers!

yes, to clarify I am still 18, a couple months away from 19 so I kinda got let off easy.... but my friend john who is 19 got completely fucked over, we weren't even fucked over. just had a half a beer, we spent about an hour taling about royals and tail presses on skis, and how hot his relatives are while they wrote us up. FUCK

Stupid cops, I have mad respect for city cops who put there lifes on the line every day, but those stupid power trippping county cops who were always made fun of in highschool and now have a grudge against teenagers really piss me off.

the thing that fuckin pisses me off. they are getting paid over time which is $54/hr in the states or at leadt in my town and if there is two cops on duty $135 ticket and they prob busted you for a good half hour went back to the station and did paper work for 1 and a half on you. to fill there quotas maybe dont send cops out as much to bust kids having a good time...ahh bullshit

i don't know what the rules for fighting tickets are like there, but make sure for one thing all the writing on the ticket is clear and all in the boxes (like none of the print is faded or outside the boxes it is supposed to be in) make sure the road was teh correct spot, and the address and whatever is on there is all correct, those are usuaslly the easiest ways to get out of paying a ticket, if anything seems remotely wrong, fight the ticket you will probably win

good advice dfresh. most of the time, cops dont even show up at the court, so the ticket gets thrown out.

i feel your pain mike. i got a ticket for the same thing ....but i got my on my formal night last year. it sucked.....only 2 of us got tickets though...( there was like another 3 people that were drinking in the group...but they set theirs down since they were walking in front and spotted the cops first...they didnt even warn us )the cops didnt even taste the drink...you could not smell alcohol in them at all....i smelled them before letting the cops smell them (it was vodka and sunny d...it just smelled like sunny d) the cops took a whif and said 'yep theres rum in here' and poured them out. dumb ass cops ..there was no rum....grrr i was so pissed. so then i went back to the condo and drank some more...that cheered me up. and yea....i just payed it as well since i didnt feel the need to tell my parents.

...tell me for the last time that you're sorry so i can laugh out loud as i watch you struggle; broken, bloody and barely breathing...

dfresh is right. my buddy got caught for the same thing you were (but he had an empty bottle on him). the cop said that if there is any alcohol left he'd be charged, and there were honestly 2 drops left. anyhow, the cop put the wrong date on the ticket, so my friend took it to court, and te case was dismissed.
so dude check your ticket over for sure.

ya, fockin 2fer in the backpacks. and jhn's not leaving for school he got his acceptance withdrawn. it sucked so bad, but then we found our colt45 that we had dropped in the ditch and all was forgotten for a little while at least.

this one time i was in whistler and got pissed off at something, i was pretty loaded and i walked out garfs with one of their glasses and proceeded to smash the fucker against a wall. 3 cops come charging up to me and try to arrest my ass, luckily my woman was there and talked them out of throwing me in the drunk tank. I got a 150$ ticket for pubblic intoxication or whatever, obviously i didnt pay that shit because i'm a gun toting asshole american but still.... sorry mike i know this story doesnt exactly help but its late I'm tired and I thought it was somewhat relevent to your story. Except the fact i probably deserved the ticket and then some. Anyway just pay the ticket and be done with it, as far as your friend, i would tell him to fight it, I'm not sure if you guys have mitigation hearings up there but if you do I'd try that. Its like admiting you comited the offense but would like to discuss it with a judge to lower the fine.

One time, Dave and I drank on this Sunday, when he was like 'Hey Lane, come over to my place, were going to fly kites, it's windy as shit, and I heard this storm is supposed to get even worse' I was like 'For sure man...' Well anyways, I get to his house and he is wearing a skin tight Oakland Athletics jersey, and he smells like must, and throws me a jersey too, and is like ' Lane, put it on, were gonna play Bash Brothers (i guess referring to Canseco/Macguire days of past???) and start grappling me from behind.... I got him on the ground and managed to get out the front door....

I never even got to fly my kite, a) because the main guide line was all frayed, b) Dave was in a way trying to do something I didn't want and b) the wind wasn't even that strong, at least not for a class 3 storm warning.....
