Widest that you have bent FKS brakes?

I know that there have been other threads about bending FKS brakes, but I want to know if it is possible to make a FKS 155 brake bend far enough to work on a ski that is 120 underfoot?

It's definatly possible, but i have a question to ask ontop of this. Do shops bend them? Or, perhaps do most shops bend them?

i bent mine to fit over my hellbents easily. i probably could have gone a tad bit more. shops DO NOT like doing at, becuse it is a huge pain in the ass.

mine FKS's are currently for sale, with the brake bent.

i think shops also hate it because sourcing FKS brakes to replace the ones they snap is a pain in the ass

Exactly. I snapped on of mine. The only way you can really get a replacement is to find a shop that has some, or get an old tt08/tt09 heel.

yeah not easy at all - plus its very labour intensive to do it properly (reassembling etc)

ya I will probaly take them to the local shop and if they will not do it, I will try it myself using that one TGR guide, I have bent brakes beofre but not to this width.

I just bent my P18's to fit my Hellbents. It took me a super long time, but now I'm really really stoked!!
