Liberty skis with or without bamboo sidewalls?

I'm wondering which on to get. Couse I'm woried that the bamboo sidewall may chip easy, but it may be more springy. what do you guys think?

The Bamboo Side wall is pretty strong. The advantage to the UHMW is you can fix it if you happen to blast the side of your skis on a rail. You have to blast pretty onto either material to actually get it to chip or break.

The Bamboo is a bit lighter and has better life over the entire length of the ski.

well what do you plan on skiing? like pow or park? bamboo is pretty strong, if you are gonna ski pow alot i would get bamboo cause its really light. and if you are gonna be skiing park, like really hard i would go with out cause its harder to fix, but if you are gonna just play in the park i would go bamboo.

My Gotamas have bamboo or wood sidewalls of some sort. They cracked.
