Replying to Smell smell smell!!

last spring, skied some pretty sunny, hot days and i guess the goggle foam soaked up a lot of sweat. They were perfectly fine then tho but when i put them somewhere for the summer and took em out now, they have a pretty repulsive sweaty smell. Most likely cuz i never aired em out or anything just through em somewhere. Any ideas as to how to eliminate this odor since i do have to put the gogs on my face? eliminate without potentially ruining the inside of the lens. Ive tried some of the basics but hasnt done much
