so after many months i finally got the time to downgrade vista to xp
YAY!
so now the only thing im having problems with is kinda like...ill move and drag a window...and it will be all laggy same with if im scrolling down...i dont know another word to describe it its like it dosent move for a second it just kinda glitches out to whereever i move it. and then takes a second to go back to normal.
ive tried playing around with my resolution but i didnt really think that would do anything.
so computer geniuses of ns....help?
