Replying to Boot help ASAP

I currently have a pair of the green Salomon pro models.  I bought and mounted a pair of FKS 120s on some chronic blends for this season.  So A basin opens tomorrow so I decided to snap the boots into the ski and check out how they work and I notice there is a lot of play in the heal piece vertically.  With more investigation and trying out another pair of boots in the skis I have deduced that the way the bindings are designed couple with the heal of my boot being worn is causing this problem.

So I guess the question is am I fucked and do I have to buy some new boots or, is there a way to recondition the heal of the boot so that there is a tight fit?

Please help
