Site Slowness Reduced!

We had a wrong setting set in our database which caused the forums to work much slower than they should.

I've fixed it temporarily, and have enlisted the help of our parent company's database expert to speed things up even more. We should have the speed issues hammered out soon.

Please welcome Shivani to the NS team, she will be helping me make NS nice and snappy!

Hammer away at the site.. I'll be keeping my eye on how the servers handle the load.

My threads is always slow as hell, I have like 7000 titles pop up, takes a while to load. Its just a 'do not click' button for me.
