How long to wait before calling out potential bad seller?

i bought some pants off this dude here, made the paypal payment almost a month ago now. have not received the pants, and my last two private messages to him have not been answered. advice? thanks.

says those last few messages havn't been read yet. somethign probably came up unexpected and he hasn't been online lately. For future reference, ask for the kids AIM sn, or phone number so you don thave to rely on newschooler PMs.

yeah, i'm still hoping he's not trying to rip me off, and that something came up and my stuff is still coming. but its kind of weird he hasnt contacted me at all. hopefully i hear from him soon.

Yeah, if he hasn't read the messages then he can't possibly respond to them...if he gets online and doesn't read them, or reads them and still doesn't write you back, then something is up.

you can read messages without it being marked as read...and icywhite is real legit, just check NSTOR

I dunno man, I sold a jacket and I got the money in like 5 days.  The day I got it I 3-day'd it to that person.  If the dude knows your buying and has the money he should be on this thing and making sure that you have gotten the product, well that's atleast what I believe.  Everyone is different though.

yeah, and sometimes mail can take extra long to get to where i live. so im not super worried yet, but its getting close to that point. especially since he has been on, and must have seen that he had messages. hmmm...

well, i finally got these pants. it took a really long time and i dont think the quality was accurately portrayed in the original sale, so i wouldnt say hes a GREAT seller. but not technically a bad seller, i guess. im just glad i got the pants
