Replying to Advice? give it a read

So today was my 21st bday. I went out, got hammered, had some good food etc.. The usual you know? Then my gf brings out this massive box and kisses me on the cheek then says "dont be mad, just open it" Well this huge-ass box was really a series of progressively smaller boxes, untill I got down to an envelope containing 2 plane tickets to Salt Lake City for a 3 day weekend in January.

Here's the dilemma: She's taking me on a 3 day ski weekend in Utah, but she only been skiing a few times in her life, hates the cold, and doesn't own all the equipment. So while I'm absolutely pumped, and amazed that she would do something like this for me, I'm not sure how to approach it. She researched online, but she doesn't know about skiing like I do. She mentioned getting the pass that lets you ski  Alta/Snowbird, the Canyons etc, but with her ability, a 3 day weekend at Wachusett mountain in Mass, would keep her more than challenged. So while I'm looking forward to skiing some real mountains, I'm worried about her not having a good time and what not. How would you guys approach this situation?
