Replying to Crazyest citations youve every heard of...

ok so driving through town tonight i was beside my friend in the center lane, he was on the left in a left turn lane and didnt know i was going straight. so i told him to just duck out in front of me when it turned green and everything will be fine. so it turns green and he goes straight instead of left. out of nowhere a power hungry city cop rolls up, blips his siren and pulls him over. he got a citation for illegal lane change. but here is the best part, he drives a honda with an h22 and open headers, if you dont know, thats fucking loud, even at idle. so the cop also gives him a citation for revving his car too fast...yes, too fast because he revved his car to get it moving because we were on a hill, and also revving it too loud at high speed, which is absolute bullshit. he also got one for negligent driving and he got an order to get his exhaust fixed within a month. now i can see the illegal lane change thing, but i mean revving your motor...you have got to be kidding.
