wow curling a weight that is to heavy for you and trying as hard as you can sounds like a receipt for disaster if you ask me.
eat steak for every meal or at least alot of protein
yeah when I went into high school i weighed 104....and when I graduated I weighed 180...the weight will come..just make sure you are doing it the right way
i would also reccomend weight gain 4000. BEEFCAKE. BEEFCAKE
some of us just aren't meant to be huge my friend. i'm gaining weight though by working out everyday after class. alternating lifting upper and lower body per day and either biking or running everyday too. burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. and the way i lift is i start with a weight that i can pretty easily crank out 10 reps. then since i'm mostly on machines i increase by 20 pounds (the next step) and do 10 more reps. then the next time with more weight i go for 10 and once i can do 10 i start at the nex weight up. works alright for me.
If anybody has any questions about a diet or workout plan hit me up and ill try my best to help you out.....im going to school for personal training and physical therapy...so im pretty legit
