Ok there is this girl at this place in the mall my freand works there so i allredy stop there alot and know alot of the people. There is a new girl working there and I want to ask her out but have no in, keep in mind i have no confedence what so ever inless im skiing. Any tips or wity remarks?

well first i would spell unless with a u. Second, what does she work? Find out what she does, and get some info on it, chances are she's gonna like the position, and like what she's doing. if not, when talking to her about it. But dont do this twice, unless you know she likes you.

You could say something like, wow you look really good today, believe you me, girls love that kinda stuff. oh they do. Or you could say something with like a squirrel, it goes is that a squirrel in your pants, because Imma bout to bust a nut! I'm not sure how it exactly goes but you probably shouldn't say it anyways, no thats definitely a bad idea.

All you need is a smile. Next time you see her check her out. Don't be a pervert about it, just acknowledge the fact that she's attaractive. When she catches you checking her out, give her a genuine smile. Guaranteed she'll smile back. If she doesn't then you don't want to have anything to do with her anyway. Then the next time you see her try to establish eye contact then walk up to her and ask her how she's doing. Having her smile at you a few days earlier should make this easier. You gotta suck it up here and talk to her though, otherwise if she keeps catching you looking at her she's going to think you're creepy. Establish a friendship by talking to her on 3-4 different occassions before asking her 'would you let me take you out to diner.' If she says yes, then I expect a thank you card and maybe some flowers.

i'm just gonna add one more comment, why the fuck do ppl say 'grow some balls' or 'get some confidence' because that isnt advice, it does the opposite. And EVERY guy has had a problem similar to this, even the most confident. There are 2 women i cant talk to properly, i stutter sometimes, i cant help it. Granted, they are the 2 most gorgeous women i have ever layed eyes on.

Advice from a girl! TAKE NOTE! Okay, maybe I'm not the girliest girl but I know some shit. Don't just ask her out, it's sketchy. The next time you talk to her, strike up a conversation about her being new or something, if she is new in the neighborhood etc, compliment her, but in a genuine way not like 'you're hot.' be specific and honest don't be like 'you look nice' be like 'I like your hair' or 'nice shoes' or whatever I don't know. Read her body language and if she seems flattered and into you wait until the next day or so and ask her if she would like to maybe catch a movie or something sometime and maybe say possibly with so and so and so and so so it's not like you are coming on too fast.

lauren's advice is good! but im also a chick so id like to add a few suggestions

i find that one of the most attractive things in a guy is someone who doesnt find people to make fun of, thats not how he starts conversations...talk about something that would probably interest her...example: if she works at pacific sunwear, asks if she surfs or something like that, and slowly it will form into a conversation about her interests and yours...compliments are always good...but be sure of yourself, meaning ACT yourself...

yeah, see if u know n e of her friends or the group she hangs out with, if u know n e of em...starting hanging with them more ( aka try and get in with her general friends...guys and girls) then if u hang out in a group for a while, she will get to see u more often...dont have to worry about it been akward or n e thing.
