Wrong....

They said that they will have MORE stops and new locations.  Nothing about snowboarding.

They will be hoping to add womens half-pipe and downhill as well as chineese downhill.  Also, they are talking about making the pipe 10 feet longer for Simon and Tanner.


Also there going to do summer events such as mtn biking and summer concerts.

Well considering in the Simon Dumont interview on the front page he says there's only 2 stops and it includes snowboarding I'm gonna have to say that's what's happening. Too bad cause that event was sick

Yes the kept it at Sun Valley, that is like the only pro freeskiing event in Idaho.

2 stops this season for Ski Tour pipe: Park City Jan 11-13 and Sun Valley March 13-16

There will be men and women, skiers and boarders. 

Pipe and Cross events are not tied together anymore: cross events will happen at other resorts, except for Sun Valley which is the final and will have everything.

I think Breck is taking part in the "Freeski open tour" which has stops at Big Bear, Breckenridge and Mount Snow.

I dont understand the move there. It doesnt make any business sense to make it a 2 event thing and not grow it. It should be a 20 event thing. That would be sick. Or like the ticket to ride thing the snowboarders have. Now that is a tour... planet wide, different discipline's. Pipe and extremem dummy downhill are kinda neet and all, but theres alot more to skiing right? so why not show it off?

Thats a big claim...
There will be more stops.....more skiercross stops that is....2 Pipe stops as listed before, PC and Sun Valley and yes those will be snowboard and ski.

in sun valley this summer, they were supposed to have some music and mt. biking, and they were calling it the ski tour even though it was in the summer wt?  But there was a fire, and it was canceled
