How to resize GIFs?

I have this really cool member icon I want to put on NS, but I cant resize it without losing the animation. Does anyone have an idea to resize it and not lose the animation

photoshop, imageready worked for me. dont remember exact techinique tho

yea imageready would work, and depending on the simplicity you could just add it after you resize it, with photoshop and then photoshop imageready.
