Banning for "pics or it didnt happen"?

this seems to be getting out of control and being said for things that do not apply at all. it's very annoying and think banning should be given for a completely useless one of these posts. is anyone with me?

It should play into a person getting banned, but should not become the next n word. Any number of things have to happen to ban somebody, and excessive use of that phrase would be something mods could make note of. On it's own its not that bad, especially if its used once where its called for.
