I went into the mall to check out some stuff with my friends, and i come out and it looks like my dash was ripped apart, yea i know your gonna say i should have locked my doors, well they were, i think the guy jimmied the lock. Is there anything i can do or should i take the loss and just buy new stuff. Really bummed me out, luckily he didnt steal my skis, tomorrow im gonna double check to make sure everything is in there

happened to two of my mates recently.
one of them got his stereo - nothing else - stolen in the city one night he was out with his mates. he just dealt with it and got a new one.
another one had it slightly worse. he was planning on selling his car the next day, was parked outside the front of his house, locked up, goes out next morning, no car.
as far as i know he hasnt gotten it back yet. and it was a decent car.

umm i think the only thing you could do is report it and if ya have like the serial number from it but honestly if they took that much effort in gettin it out, your never gunna see it again, sorry
i hope who ever did it gets caught either with your stuff or the next time they decide to break into someones car

As far as I know, there's not much you can do about it. I don't think even the serial number will help much. He's probably sold it already.

is it wrong to assume it was someone of a native american ethnicity? I mean STATISTICALLY it is not.. so i dare you to play the race, stereotype card on me.

Call it in to your insurance co., that's what I did when my car got broken into. they gave me mad money for everything that was taken, cd's and all.

yea it was a shitty feeling, but the car is a 89 bonneville who expects to be stolen from in one of those.
Anyway what do i need if i call it in to the insurance company

^ umm you would need insurance, the number of the company, and to not have the stereo in your car.

same thing happend to my cousin. she had a real olad carolla but put in a new cd player so she had somthing to listen to and then some new speakers since her old ones were blown. then a couple months later while she was in boston with some friends her small triangle window in the back of the car was knocked out and some people broke in her car and took her stereo and speakers. then to top it off they stole her gas too so she had to walk and get a tank at a gas station so that she could get home
All times are Eastern (-5)
