Anyone looking for an apartment? Close to Gore Mtn.

Just listing an apartment available in Warrensburg, NY about 18 miles from Gore mountain. Now, it's a studio apartment with pretty limited space. However, rent is only $380 a month not including the electric. Heat is electric, not gas. It's located in a pretty big house separated into many other apartments, which I also live in. Chill landlords. Basically, if I find someone to fill the space they'll knock some money off my rent, so if someone needs a cheap place to stay close to Gore then check it out. I'm pretty sure they provide free plowing too but I'm not 100% on that. I can probably get pictures if anyone is interested.

whats the square footage? and deposit? is there a kitchen etc

Not sure about the square footage but I can find out. The deposit is as much as the rent, and yes there is a kitchen.
