didnt jeep make a diesel for a 1996 cherokee if so what was the size and what was it called (did cummings make it cause i want to do an engine swap)

dont hate on diesel there awesome not if i use biodiesel i know this guy whos a representative ang hes hooking my buddy up for like 2.30 a gallon but in my jeep manual it says diesel on the back of it it mentions it

i'm not sure on the exact date but my boss has a sweet ass diesel jeep cherokee. and its older. so they definitely made one

I have never seen an xj with a diesel, i think ive seen an old waggy with one but it might have been swapped in
