Is there any reason I shouldn't have a couple drinks three weeks after acl surgery if I'm not on any prescription painkillers?

I'm almost 100% sure that I can, and I just wanted to see whether anyone had a drastically different opinion than me, since many people here have had acl surgery.
I'm walking pretty well with a cane now, but I'm definitely gonna stay pretty stationary while drinking.

dont do it yet. at least dont get shitfaced. alcohol thins the blood, aka could cause your knee to bleed, either internally or out your sutures.
also, alcohol makes you stumbly. that is not good on a fresh graft. i think a couple (like 3-4 max) would be fine but dont go crazy.
funny story. my first time drinking post surgery I had like 6 drinks and was stupid drunk. my tolernace went waaaay down. and i was still on crutches (had surgery for multiple things so was on em for awhile). ya so i couldnt crutch and eventually got home to rez and passed out and got drawn on. with highlighter. good times.
