Ski sale @ killington

On columbus day weekend all the ski stores around killington have huge sales and the ski club has their annual ski sale. just wanted to let anyone know about this if they need some gear for cheap. last year my bro got skis and pants for under $300 or so.

at the sale there are local shops and the race club has a ski swap. If you get to the ski sale early on friday you can find some pow skis, some park skis and alot of dirt cheap race skis from last year. For softgoods like pants and coats you can get realy good deals if you find something on sunday before they close the sale.(the vendors are not trying to keep the stuff in stock. i got a new pair of pants for 30 bucks that retailed 300.

normally i don't buy stuff rom the ski swap, becausei can get better deals, but they have lots of used stuff there for really cheap. all the shops should be having all of their next years stuff by that weekend, so they will sell all of the last year stuff cheaper. except darkside just takes every last year item, marks it back up to reatail, and sellas it at last years stuff.

A few years ago I bought a pair of race skis with p12s on them for like $60.  Kept the p12s and sold the race skis on ebay for $100.

ya if you spent like 5k on skis there you could turn them on ebay real easy especially with race skis and make some cash.

woudl i be able to trade in a pair of brand new in plastic 158 ghetto pro's becuase nobody wants to buy em but no shops in my area sell rossignol so would i be able to do that and get some cash for it

be sure to stop by evolution freeride at the basin ski shop on the top of the access road. we'll have all of the dope new 08 gear and awesome deals on leftovers from 07.

i know the ski swap is going on at snowshed at least thats what it says on the website. Where is that exactly.

snowshed is accrost from rams head and before you get to the main k1 base area with the gondola.
