So I get my normal monthly email from verizon telling me how much my bill is. Its normally around 90 bucks for my phone and my dads. This month it says I have a balance of 573 dollars. My phone talking habits haven't changed from month to month so I thought maybe I was using the data plan on my phone when I thought I was using wifi. Nope, data charges were only 6 bucks. So I look at my phone bill. I was charged for most of my IN calls. Some of them were over an hour long with my girlfriend. So I call verizon and the guy looks at the bill and takes off all my in calls that I got charged for which was like 250 dollars. I'm like, theres no way I went that much over my bill still. He says sorry thats all he sees wrong and I hang up. So I go and I add up every minute on my bill thats not nights and weekends or IN. It comes to a grand total of 343 minutes. My plan is 700 shared with my dad who only used about 200. I haven't even checked to see if his calls were as fucked up as mine.
All I can figure is that they were taking my offpeak/IN minutes and using them towards my 700. So now I have to call them back and explain to them how they're retarded. What really gets me the most is that since its a computer doing this stuff it had to have been a conscious decision by someone to make it so it would inaccurately calculate bills sometimes.
