haha kinda an oxymoron but what do they do? i mean like people like pete olenick, who have been dropped by their sponsor and don' get picked up by another company right away? can they compete? and can they ride any skis they want?

why wouldnt they be able to ski or use any skis they wanted to. you probably arent sponsored.... can you use any skis that you want to?
