you're gonna have to be more specific, what do you want to know? there are books with different tours based on area, there are books that talk about avalanche safety, ect...
Mountaineers guide is still one of my most trusted books, its a good thing to read cover to cover. There are also a lot of Avy books and all out there, the technology and science in this area is changing rapidly, keeping pace with the advanced safety measures. Get yourself a class on avalanche safety if you're serious, its much better than a book.
theres one book, i believe called "ski randonee" or "randonee skiing" or something like. haven't read it, only seen ads in mags, but it looks like it'd be a good primer on all aspects of bc skiing.
